” Right from the start, our vision of the Fisherman was the meeting of the best raw materials with an innovative manufacturing but capable of respecting our tradition. Our aim is to create a gastronomic experience you will not forget, always using the freshest fish from our magnificent coast.

The birth of Fisherman is the result of a 25-year journey, thanks to the experience gained since 1998 in our first restaurant in Jesolo, Al Torcio. Today, together with my sons Alessandro and Nicolò, in addition to Al Torcio we manage two new restaurants: Bigoleria San Marco, which offers traditional cuisine with a focus on various types of bigoli and the Fisherman restaurant, which specializes in fish dishes. The family vocation also continues in Amsterdam, with the “Incanto” restaurant managed by Nicolò for 12 years.

A story of passion that makes me proud and above all happy with the journey made by my family with commitment, humility and infinite passion for authentic cuisine.”
